The prospectus brings together existing strategies, plans, visions, and programmes of all the statutory agencies in a single, easily accessible document and thereby presents a clear offer and unified vision for the Growth Area up to 2021.
The Prospectus performs an important role in defining Bedford’s potential economic, retail, housing and employment offers to decision makers and investors in the public and the private sectors, as well as to the wider communities who already live here, or who might wish to live here in the future.
