In conjunction with the Board of Renaissance Bedford, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (now the Department for Communities and Local Government) and Go East, we produced and adopted a three year business plan that sets out what we aim to achieve, and what our priorities are, for the period between 2006 to 2008. The business plan was agreed initially by the Board in December 2005. The business plan also sets out the approved structure of a delivery team for Renaissance Bedford, a work programme, funding needs and how our performance will be monitored and assessed. Since its adoption in 2005, the business plan has been revised and updated to reflect new work and targets, and can be found below. The business plan contains a number of appendices which include our budgets, targets, funding agreements and a memorandum of understanding which established the partnership in 2005.
