Our work programme is divided into three streams:

Throughout each work stream we seek to add value to individual projects by, for example, transforming progress, removing blockages to delivery and direct intervention. We also seek to add value in other ways by levering in private investment, generating investor confidence and improving the co-ordination of physical and economic regeneration within the Growth Area.
