Over 9,600 Homes Have Planning Consent and Section 106 Agreements
The 4th Quarter 2006/07 Renaissance Bedford Housing Trajectory presents a very positive planning message with substantial progress being made on a number of major sites by both the Borough Council, and Mid Beds District Council. Monitoring currently indicates that over 9,560 dwellings on key sites in the Growth Area now have planning consent and Section 106 Agreements in place. Currently sites with a combined capacity of 5,581 are on-site and being developed. A further 1,300 dwellings are on sites that are reported as close to completing S106 negotiations. Click here
